Richard has been a qualified Gas Safe Commercial Gas Heating engineer since 1990.

Extensive experience across all sectors in particularly public sector - educational buildings, hospitals and police stations.

Richard has also been involved in the design and creation of some major projects in London and other areas of the UK more recently, installing boilers in large residential apartment blocks and office accommodation.
